We offer all inclusive printing per piece.

If you’re working on a budget and need assistance lowering your cost per piece, consider using a minimal one color logo or trying a different garment style/color. How quick is the turnaround?

We work with your deadlines to ensure your products are delivered when you want them. We offer express 2 day shipping for a minimal fee and if not in a hurry we provide FREE 9 day shipping.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING throughout Continental US. 9-10 business days, applicable to continental US only and shipped with UPS or FedEx, with every order receiving a tracking number before it leaves our facility. Should you need your order expedited, let us know and we’ll be happy to make that happen.

We offer DISCOUNTED SHIPPING rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and US APO’s

International

What’s your minimum order

We print anything from 1 garment to thousands and work with individuals and large organizations.

 

What currency do you accept?

While we ship worldwide, all our pricing is in USD

 

How does Sizing work?

While sizing varies garment to garment, at least 80% of the products on our site run true to size. In the case of items that run smaller or larger, we will get in touch and advise you on how to order.

 

Do you provide blank samples?

You can order blank samples before deciding on the final garment you want to print on. Use our catalog to choose the garments you’re interested in, with sizes and call a team specialist to help you with your order. 

 

Can I add custom Names & Numbers to my design?

Yes, we offer “Team Personalization” - a feature that makes ordering your team apparel a breeze, whether you’re adding names, team member numbers and more! Great for team jerseys, sports teams, athletic teams and more. Once in our online design studio, choose the ‘personalize’ tab to inputa custom list of names and numbers.

 

Do you print trademarked materials?

We do not print designs and logos that are trademarked or any deemed llegal. Each customer is responsible for making sure the designs they provide are original and nor trademarked. Do you print on shirt sleeves?

We like to be unconventional and are happy to print on any location on the garment of your choosing. Upload your design to our online design studio, check out and get in touch with us so we can ensure your design is alignedperfectly for the location you want to print on.

 

Can I choose different styles and sizes in the same order?

Absolutely! Here’s a quick run through of how to do this using our online design studio:
Once you hit the orange “Next Step” button in our design studio and select your order type, you’ll be taken to a screen to select sizing. You can also select sizes on the left-hand menu after clicking on the “Your Products” tab on the bottom toolbar. Selecting a different garment style is just as easy. In the Design Studio, select “Your Products” in the bottom toolbar, then, on the left-hand side, click on the “+ Add Style” button. Proceed to select variety of styles and garments. If you were wanting to select more than one brand of garment for your order, or types of garments, you can do this by calling a team specialist to help youthrough the process.


Where do I find my saved designs?

Finding your saved designs has never been easier. Login / Retrieve your designs button through Inkzag.com and once you enter your email you signed up with, you will see all your designs.


Do you have any promotions running?

While our pricing is affordable for our customers, we may from time to time offer some promotions. You can keep checking on our website’s homepage and also keep up with our social media to find out more!


Can I add multiple colors to the same order?

Yes, head on to our online Design Studioand then clicking “Your Products” on the bottom toolbar, then “Add Another Color” on the left-hand menu (above “+ Add Style”).


How do you print your custom shirts and apparel?

We specialize in screen printing and embroidery, but also offer a number of other options based on your budget, design, requirement. You can learn more by visiting our Services page.


Can my design be uploaded to the Design Studio?

You can easily upload your final design to the design studio, size it and place it the way you like and proceed from there to place your order and check out. This process is seamless, easy and your graphics can be dragged into the design studio.


Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?

We can facilitate this for you, but do keep in mind that the FREE shipping option applies to a single address. All other addresses can be added for an extra fee. If you’d like to have your order delivered to multiple addresses, get in touch with a project specialist to help you through the process of getting it set up.


Will my design be centered?

We offer our customers a complimentary art review, where a design expert ensures the colors, quality and alignment are perfect for print. For order of 5 pieces and more, we will send over a final artwork for your approval before printing.


My design has special instructions. Where can I add that?

Our online design studio is user friendly and has the option for you to add your custom instructions. Here’s how: On the right-hand menu of the studio, above the buttons that say "Save" and "Next Step," you'll see a button to add notes. Add your notes in the text editor on the left-hand menu, and don't forget to save it. A design expert will review the design and follow the note instructions.
